🧾 Payment Terms

  • Full payment (100%) is required at the time of order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or scheduled for delivery until payment is received in full.
  • Payments can be made via e-Transfer to: orders@priaflowers.com

✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Any modifications to your order must be requested at least 1 business day in advance.
  • Changes may result in additional charges, depending on floral availability and design adjustments.
  • Cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed. No refunds will be issued.

🚚 Delivery

We make every effort to deliver on the agreed date and time. However, Pria Flowers is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

⚠️ Product Care & Customer Responsibility

  • Once your order is delivered or picked up, care becomes the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for damage, spoilage, or misuse after delivery.
  • We are also not liable for any allergic reactions to flowers, greenery, or floral materials.

🌼 Substitutions & Product Disclaimer

We strive to use the freshest flowers and materials available. In some cases, due to seasonal or supply limitations, substitutions may be necessary. We will maintain the overall aesthetic, colour scheme, and value of the original design in all substitutions.

Pria Flowers is not liable for delays or failures to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, accidents, power outages, or government restrictions.
